Work across a shift change
[edit | edit source]A plant has to continue operating when one person leaves and another takes over. Rounds, logs and clear responsibility connect one shift’s observations with the next shift’s decisions.
This entry identifies the night lead in The Divide. It does not assume that another appearance of the same name elsewhere identifies this person. Tessa Brandt provides another introduction to the network’s night work.
