[edit | edit source]Council context
[edit | edit source]Crane belongs to a room where agricultural decisions must be explained beyond the growing team. Experience, family standing and formal responsibility can each give a speaker influence. They need not give that speaker the same view as the people tending the rows.
This entry identifies his position in that conversation. Readers can compare his arguments with those of the other council representatives without having their motives settled for them.
