Pacific Remnant Outpost
The Pacific Remnant Outpost is an Alliance coastal base on Earth, commanded by Captain Mira Lang. It supports desalination, public health, transport, and reclamation operations.
A place of working systems
Black sea, spray towers, wind harvesters, modular habitats, steel ribs, and salt-coated glass define its setting. The outpost brings different kinds of expertise together around immediate needs.
Symbol
The Alliance emblem displayed at the outpost is three waves beneath a broken ring.

A meeting place for expertise
The outpost brings a visitor from Mars into a world of salt, weather and biological growth. Its setting helps make the contrast with Port Alpha tangible: here, an open landscape is part of the working problem.
Engineering, medicine and command share the same base. Following John Evans, Dr. Elena Vasquez and Captain Mira Lang offers three introductions to its responsibilities without revealing individual missions or their outcomes.
