Caitlyn first encounters Hana working through an irrigation question. Hana asks, listens and goes back to the equipment, turning guidance into a practical check. That exchange introduces teaching as part of the extension’s ordinary working day.

Her role sits alongside [[Lia|Lia’s]] experience and [[Rian Okoro|Rian’s]] laboratory work. The team depends on observations being passed between people, not held by one expert.
