Who provides the Reading Room
The Evanswiki Reading Room is provided by Chris John Simmons, an author based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Contact info@evanswiki.com for questions about reading access, purchases or billing. These terms apply to purchases and online reading at evanswiki.com/reading-room/.
Your account and access
Sign in with your own Evanswiki account before purchasing. Reading access is linked to that account, rather than to a particular device. Keep your sign in details private. Contact the Reading Room if you lose access or believe a purchase is missing.
Membership
The Reading Room Membership costs $9.99 USD per month, plus applicable tax shown at checkout. It renews automatically each month until cancelled. It includes online access on Evanswiki to all current Reading Room books and those added while your membership is active. No downloads, physical copies or ownership of the books are included. There is no free trial. Your billing period begins when the initial payment succeeds. Your account displays its next renewal or access expiry date.
Individual online book access
A payment of $4.99 USD, plus applicable tax shown at checkout, provides access to read the selected book on Evanswiki. This is not a subscription and has no scheduled access expiry. This payment provides online access to that book only, separate from membership. It does not include ownership of a copy, a download, a physical book or any copyright transfer. Access depends on your account and continued operation of the Reading Room.
Payment and online access
Stripe processes payments through its secure checkout form on Evanswiki. Review the selected book or membership, billing amount, currency and tax before confirming. Reading access is provided after Stripe confirms successful payment. Some payment methods take longer to confirm. Payment confirmation alone does not create another account. If access does not appear, sign in to the account used for purchase and contact support with your payment reference.
Renewal, cancellation and payment problems
Use Manage billing in the Reading Room to view invoices, update a payment method or cancel a membership. Cancellation stops future renewals and leaves access available through the current paid period. Failed or incomplete payments may interrupt access until resolved. Cancelling membership does not remove online book access paid for separately.
Refunds
A full refund may be requested within 14 calendar days of a payment for individual book access or membership, including a renewal. See the refund policy for how to request it. Cancelling future renewals and requesting a refund are separate actions. Refunded or disputed purchases may have their associated reading access removed. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Collection updates
The books and illustrations may be revised as the collection develops. Membership includes new books when they are published in the Reading Room. A particular publication schedule, future library size or unchanged edition is not guaranteed.
Personal reading and service changes
Access is for your personal reading. Do not redistribute the books, resell access or share account credentials. Copyright remains with its respective owners. Service maintenance and interruptions may occur. Material changes to prices or access terms will be communicated before they apply to future billing; already paid periods will not be repriced retroactively.
