Observation as teamwork

Lia’s introduction centres on a log and on looking closely at plants. Caitlyn takes her concern seriously because it comes from a colleague familiar with the extension’s ordinary problems.

The scene gives routine record keeping a human dimension: one person notices, another passes the concern along, and others can examine it. Hana and Rian Okoro provide complementary perspectives within that team.
